BIOGRAPHY

Moshe Satt, the Founder and CEO of Mobile Defender Inc., detects GPS spoofing and hidden trackers for commercial fleets. His role as a Chief Information Security Officer for a large government agency spans over 25 years of technology leadership across the NYPD, FDNY, and DSNY.

Moshe teaches graduate cybersecurity courses at the NYU Tandon School of Engineering. His current research on GPS spoofing detection and fleet security informs product development at Mobile Defender while advancing practical defense strategies for connected commercial telematics and autonomous vehicle platforms.
